Welcome to Rapoport Academy Public School!

We are excited to have you on our team for the 2021-2022 school year. Please complete the forms below and return them to Human Resources at your earliest convenience. HR is located in the district office at 600 Austin Ave. Waco, TX 76701 on the second floor of the St. Charles Place building.

We do not recommend that you email these completed documents, as they contain a lot of personal information!

• Return the Fingerprinting Acknowledgment quickly so we may begin the fingerprint process.
• The I-9 includes the required document(s) from the list on page 3.
• The Request for Personnel Records is only required for employees who have previously worked for a school.

• College Transcript(s)
• Teaching Certification (if applicable)
