We are excited to have you on our team for the upcoming school year. Please complete the forms below and return them to our Business Office at your earliest convenience. The Business Office is located in Meyer High School at 1020 Elm Ave. Building #500 Waco, Texas on our secondary campus. 

We DO NOT recommend that you email these completed documents, as they contain a lot of personal information!

• Return the Fingerprinting Acknowledgment quickly so we may begin the fingerprint process.
• The I-9 includes the required document(s) from the list on page 3.
• The Request for Personnel Records is only required for employees who have previously worked for a school.

• Teaching Certification (if applicable)
