Rapoport Academy, a Texas open-enrollment charter school (the “School”), is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services on a project in Waco, Texas involving the construction of a two-level competition gymnasium that includes a basketball court, weight room, offices and meeting space, a classroom, bathrooms, locker rooms, concession area, and storage space. The School intends to evaluate the pool of eligible, responsive bidders and select a Construction Manager-At-Risk in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code.

Sealed RFP responses will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on April 26, 2023, at the School’s central administrative offices located at 1020 Elm Ave, building 100, Waco, Texas 76704.

The School reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFP, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise, or to proceed otherwise where in the best interest of the School. Responses should be submitted sealed and plainly marked: “CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-AT-RISK RFP.” Late responses will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
