Congratulations to our 2nd-4th Grade Elementary Staff of the Year: Cindee Pate

Ms. Pate is a Teaching Assistant at our 2nd-4th Grade Elementary. This is her 14th year at Rapoport Academy.

💚 Ms. Pate shows a strong sense of responsibility and is always willing to help anyone in need. She consistently takes the time to ensure that students fully understand the material, offering extra support and guidance when necessary. 


🖤 Ms. Pate brings so much positivity and energy to our campus every single day. As a TA, she goes above and beyond her role, consistently supporting both students and staff with her upbeat, bubbly attitude. She takes the initiative to plan thoughtful and fun activities that boost staff morale and strengthen our sense of community. 


💚  It’s hard to pick one core value to describe Mrs.Pate. She gives her all, ALL the time and supports other in any way she can. Ms. Pate is ALWAYS respectful, even in difficult and challenging situations -- a rare quality for many.

Mrs. Redepenning is a 4th Grade Teacher at our 2nd-4th Grade Elementary . This is her 4th year at Rapoport Academy.
