Raven Court Dedication: Honoring the Past, Building the Future

Rapoport Academy Public School officially celebrated the opening of its newest athletic facility, Raven Court, with a formal dedication ceremony and plaque unveiling on Friday, April 17.
The event, held at the secondary campus on Elm Avenue, served as a tribute to the collective effort of the board members, community leaders, and construction partners who transformed the vision of a dedicated home facility into a reality.
The ceremony featured the unveiling of a commemorative plaque, permanently recording the names of those who contributed to the project. Superintendent Alexis Neumann emphasized the impact the facility will have on both the student body and the local neighborhood.
“To be able to build our own home facility, not only for athletics, but for community activities and events… " It’s really powerful,” Neumann said. “It’s really amazing just to be able to say thank you and to be able to say thank you in a way that’s recorded on the wall for all eternity.”
