Our Board of Directors and a committee of administrators updated the district's strategic plan to address the district's most pressing needs with the largest impact on students, families, and staff.

The document below outlines the strategic priorities for the next three years and the measurable goals we will use to stay on target.

Letter from the Superintendent:

Over the last year, we have listened to and learned from students, teachers, principals, district staff, families, business partners, and community members. We visited campuses, toured classrooms, attended sporting events and student activities, sent surveys, and hosted focus groups. 

The feedback we received ultimately shaped this Academic Strategic Plan. This 5-year plan was developed with student success in mind. Through these efforts, we will work to ensure all of our students have access to high-quality schools and learning experiences that prepare them for their futures.

These are more than just words on a page. This is our guide to initiatives, support, and student outcomes for the next five years. The goals, measurements, and specific tasks to implement the priorities will come to fruition over this time and will be introduced and communicated broadly. 

Our academic strategic plan is a dynamic document that will change and evolve as we define strategies and actions that support our commitment to ensuring all students will graduate truly ready for College, Career, and Life!
