Congratulations to our Secondary Staff of the Year: Juan Andrade & Jessica Mata

Mr. Andrade is a Teaching Assistant and Coach at Quinn MS and Meyer HS. This is his first year at RAPS.

💚 Mr. Andrade made a world of a difference in the 7th-grade hallway when he was here and has continued to check in on us. He runs his soccer team efficiently and has inspired a number of 7th-grade boys to work hard and act right. He works hard and holds his students to high standards.

🖤 Coach Andrade has worked so hard, taking over Chemistry, working with 7th graders to improve their grades and attitude, and he has done all of it with respect for each teacher and every student. He has shown them what being respectful looks like. He has exhibited all the core values all year long, and we are blessed to have him here. 7th Grade would love to have him back in our hallway next year.

💚 Coach Andrade stepped in quickly as an acting teacher for High School Chemistry. There was absolutely no fuss from him, he just went in & did everything above 100%. He's a High School Teacher AND a Soccer Coach (a great one at that). He builds connections with all students and staff, which makes him a great addition to the Rapoport Academy family.

🖤 Coach Andrade expects his athletes to work hard and practice responsibility on the field and in the classroom. He holds our athletes to high standards and supports them in reaching those goals. He is a great help to teachers!
