Congratulations to our 2nd- 4th Elementary Staff of the Year: Tanya King
Mrs. King is the Administrative Assistant at our 2nd - 4th Grade Elementary. This is her second year at Rapoport Academy. 

What others say about Mrs. T King:
💚 T King does above and beyond her job description. She creates new systems for teachers and even sets up the binders and file folders for them to be successful. She takes on every attitude and mood that calls or steps in the door, and she does so with a smile on her face. She works so hard and is so helpful to all of the staff at MacArthur.  

🖤 Mrs.King keeps this school together like glue. She is not only responsible for helping students, but also teachers and parents. She rocks!

💚 She is hard-working, ensuring every detail of her role is achieved with excellence. She shows tremendous respect for our students, teachers, and staff and is seen as a knowledge source and problem-solver for our whole campus. On top of the normal administrative things she does, she also acts as sometime-nurse, event coordinator, penny-war-fundraiser, tech troubleshooter, counselor's right-hand person, and everyday greeter.

🖤 Mrs. TKing is the heart of our school, always executing her role efficiently and with amazing kindness. I'm so grateful for the way she makes everything run smoothly, every single day.

Mrs. Howard is a 4th Grade Teacher at our 2nd - 4th Grade Elementary. This is her 7th year at Rapoport Academy.

💚 It is really hard to pick just one value for Mrs.Howard! Everytime she runs into an obstacle, she works her absolute hardest to find a solution. When times are rough, she endures with a smile. Not only does she set an excellent example to the students, but constantly is being a role model for her coworkers.

🖤 Mrs. Howard is always working hard to help others and support others whenever they need it. She shares a smile and is willing to listen and offer help with any situation. She is very calm and builds relationships with her students with ease. She shows great respect for all of her coworkers and her students. We are blessed with Mrs. Howard on our campus! 

💚 Mrs. Howard is consistently building student relationships, which is the foundation of a well-engaged classroom. In passing, I always see Mrs. Howard with a smile. Additionally, Mrs. Howard is a connected parent and models the core values to her own children. She is a wonderful part of the Rapoport Family!  

🖤 She invests in not only her students' academic learning, but more importantly, their social-emotional learning. She recognizes her students' individual strengths and fosters an environment that instills confidence in them.
