Blood Drive - Thank you for all the support and encouragement from the RAPS community concerning the Friday, September 19th, Carter BloodCare blood drive at Meyer High School.  Our students, staff and parents donated 23 units of blood to help save 69 adults in our community. Carter BloodCare is the only blood product collection agency that serves our local and surrounding communities and hospitals.  Your generosity is overwhelming and RAPS always does an excellent job of supporting our community needs.  In addition to the wonderful collection of 23 units, the entire staff of attendants on the Carter BloodCare bus commended our students for their manners, responsibility and for being so respectful.  Excellent work RAPS!!!

Thank you,  --Terri Bukowski, M.Ed., CSC, LPC Intern

Funds for Fruit - Our GEO Fruit Fund is in need.  If you can, please send a donation of 25.00 for fruit.  Our students look forward to receiving this mid-morning healthy snack.  Your kindness is truly appreciated.

College Workshop - Attached please find a flyer for a free workshop for parents and junior/senior students who are planning to go to college.  This workshop will focus on how to select a school, college applications, financial aid and budgeting.  There is no cost to attend but we do ask that people register at 254-757-5180 so we can prepare the proper number of materials.
