Welcome to the RAPS Emerging Bilingual page! Our goal is to help our English Learners become proficient in the English language in order to prepare them for college, career, and life. 

  • Our inclusive and comprehensive instruction focuses on all four language domains: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • English Learner Support is provided within the classroom through ESL-certified teachers. 
  • Highly qualified support staff help teachers provide the best instruction in both language and content
