Painting with Berries
The week leading up to Halloween was called “Booberry week” in Mrs. Garton’s 5th grade class. The students were learning about the colonies and were asked to draw a picture of something from their studies. A parent volunteer brought different kinds of fruit and the students squeezed out the juice to use as their paint!
Meet the Ravens Night
The Waco community was invited to join Rapoport Academy for the 2nd Annual Meet the Ravens Night. Dinner was served and all fall athletic participants were recognized. Go Ravens!
Fall Festival
Rapoport Academy Middle School’s Fall Festival was truly a TEAM effort. Each and every student had an active role in making this year’s festival a tremendous success. Students met daily with their Advisory group to plan, design, and create their booth. They worked out a rotation schedule so everyone took a turn at manning the booth. The GEO (Guardian-Educator Organization) organized parent volunteers to help cook food and supervise the Moon Bounce. It just goes to show that we know how to work hard (and play hard) at the Rapoport Academy!
